Aisha Jamila Hinds is a famous American actor. Her most well-known role is her roles in the the TV show The Shield, and True Blood. In the years since her debut she has demonstrated her versatility by performing on shows like Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. In 2005, she gained attention first for her performance as Anna In Assault on Precinct 13 However it was her portrayal of feminist activists Fannie Lou Hamer in the biographical film All the Way that finally earned her acclaim as an actor. Hind's portrayal as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's period drama Underground was likewise highly praised. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. The show was renewed for the third series by 20th Century Fox Television. Hind recently wrapped up filming on the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters and will be released at the beginning of 2019. Her father Krishnaraj is an Army scientist, who died March 18, 2017. Mother Vrinda was a housewife. Aditya Rao works in merchant navy engineering, is her sibling older. The younger brother of Bachchan, Aditya Rai, co-produced Dil Ka Rishta and wrote the script with Bachchan. Her family relocated to Mumbai in the city, where she was a student at Arya Vidya Mandir. Her intermediate studies were completed at Jai Hind College for a year before enrolling at D.G. Ruparel College, Matunga. The college scored 91% on her H.S.C. exams. As a teenager she spent five years studying classical music and dancing. Zoology was her favorite subject. Bachchan was a student of architecture when she won the title of Miss World 1994. Her title brought her into the spotlight of modeling. In 2003, she was offered high-paying jobs with PepsiCo Inc. as well as Vogue magazine. She also was offered a contract to be a L'Oreal Paris spokesmodel. The year 1997 was the time she had two critically acclaimed roles: Iruvar and Aur pyaar Hogaia. Bachchan's New Bollywood was boosted by the fact that both of these films are a departure from traditional Bollywood structure. After the film's release, Provoked the a True Story in English, she went back to Bollywood and appeared in the film Dhoom: 2 (2007). She was married to Abhishek Bachchan, who is a co-star, who is the daughter of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage brought two of India's most prominent individuals in one place.
